We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Steve has always been on time, polite and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a friendly and professional plumber.

We have used The Heating Network before; so we were not surprised that they were [yet again] great from the initial call to arrange a visit to diagnose the problem, to ordering the bits and finally the visit to carry out the repair. We had a replacement boiler fitted, radiator moved and gas hob disconnected by Steve. He arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job. He discussed the position of new items at each step, worked methodically and kept all the new pipe work tidy. We are very pleased with the whole process.
